What are the shipping options?
USA: Overnight- 1 Business Day, Express- 1-3 Business Days, Standard- 3-5 Business Days, Economy- 5-8 Business Days
INTERNATIONAL: Express- 1-3 Business Days, Standard- 3-5 Business Days, Economy- 5-10 Business Days, No Rush- 5-10 Business Days
My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?
Your order was shipped but it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in a carrier's tracking system.
What if the order was lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship internationally to all countries besides Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria and North Korea. This list pay change periodically.
What if I submit the wrong address for the purchase?
We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
We have numerous warehouses across all continents so frequently we will be shipping items separately from multiple locations. If one item comes, don't panic, everything will arrive!
I no longer want my order, can I cancel and refund?
We do have a refund policy in place for damaged/missing goods. We don't provide cancelations if the shipping email has already been sent. Once the item(s) have been shipped we no longer have control of them.
In the unlikely even that your order hasn't arrived within 3-5 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us and we will help resolve your issue.

- The customer refuses to accept the package
- No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package
